About this class
Vinyasa Flow offers a creative and flowing sequence, with movement linked to breath. Each class takes you on a journey of the body, organically linking postures with purpose and intention. I structure my Vinyasa classes as a four week mini series built around a theme. Sequences will appropriately prepare the body for a peak posture, whether that be opening, stabilizing or strengthening. The sequences will be similar each week of the series, with a different physical focus, leaving you with a full body awareness of postures and a chance to see progression in your own practice. Practice a single class or the whole series - the choice is yours!
